• Exterior: The facade features bold geometric play. The wide, sloped roof provides maximum protection from rain and tropical heat. Exposed concrete is paired with wooden slats and breeze blocks (roster), offering unique textures while maintaining airflow and privacy.

• Interior: The interior adopts an open-plan concept, making the living areas feel incredibly spacious. The color palette is dominated by earthy tones such as wood browns, stone grays, and warm creams.

The core concept of this house is to create a luxurious yet grounded living space, focusing on openness, the use of natural materials, and dramatic lighting.
