The design concept of AG House centers on the sophisticated arrangement of "stacked boxes" to create a dynamic and sculptural form. By utilizing deep cantilevers and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, the architecture blurs the boundary between the private interior and the lush exterior environment. The concept emphasizes "Modern Tropical Luxury," where large overhangs provide essential shade from the sun while allowing natural light to become a primary design element.

This luxury two-story residence stands as a prime example of modern minimalism tailored for the BSD area:

⦁ Massing & Form: The building is composed of intersecting rectilinear volumes in white and charcoal grey, creating a sense of depth and architectural movement.

⦁ Materiality: The facade features a high-contrast palette of crisp white render, dark grey accent walls, and warm wood-lined ceilings on the exterior eaves.

⦁ Transparency: Expansive corner windows and glass balustrades provide a sense of openness and lightness to the solid structural forms.
