This villa embodies an iconic Modern Tropical Contemporary style, distinguished by the use of 3D woven rattan panels as the primary visual element of its facade. The building fuses industrial materials such as exposed concrete and black steel with the warmth of natural wood elements. Designed with a smart vertical living concept, the villa features double-volume ceilings and mezzanine areas to create a spacious yet private and exclusive retreat within an urban setting.
Konsep Desain
This concept aims to create an oasis of serenity that bridges traditional craftsmanship with a fast-paced modern lifestyle.
• Breathable Building Skin: The woven panels on the facade act as a functional secondary skin, filtering direct solar heat while allowing cool breezes to permeate the villa. This provides thermal comfort and creates artistic shadow play throughout the interior.
• Material Dialogue: There is a harmonious dialogue between "hard" materials (concrete and iron) and "soft" materials (woven rattan and wood). This creates a villa atmosphere that is elegant yet remains grounded and earthy.
• Mezzanine Space Optimization: To provide a unique stay experience, the sleeping quarters are placed on a mezzanine (loft) level, separating social activity areas on the ground floor from private areas above without the use of massive partitions.
• Dramatic Lighting: The use of linear LED lighting that follows architectural lines, combined with artistic chandeliers, provides a strong visual identity at night, transforming the villa into a glowing landmark of architectural art.
