The design concept of AG House centers on the interplay of "stacked volumes" to create a dynamic yet balanced silhouette. By utilizing deep cantilevers and expansive glass planes, the building achieves a sense of "lightness," allowing the interior living spaces to feel interconnected with the surrounding lush landscape. The concept emphasizes a modern tropical lifestyle where natural light and shade are carefully managed through architectural form.

Design Concept
This luxury two-story residence showcases a masterclass in Modern Minimalist architecture tailored for a tropical climate:

⦁ Massing & Form: The building is composed of rectilinear white and charcoal blocks that are strategically offset to create functional outdoor balconies and shading for the lower levels.

⦁ Material Palette: A sophisticated mix of smooth white render, charcoal-grey panels, and warm wood-toned ceilings provides a rich textural contrast.

⦁ Transparency: Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows and corner glazing wrap the facade, flooding the interior with warm amber light and offering panoramic views of the garden.
