• Balcony Area: The balconies feature natural pebble flooring, providing an organic textural experience. The balcony ceilings are adorned with timber slats that wrap around the sides, creating a strong visual frame.

• Internal Courtyard/Terrace: A private open-air space features wooden decking and minimalist seating. A full-height textured stone wall creates a serene "outdoor-in" atmosphere, complemented by linear planters filled with refreshing greenery.

This residence embodies a Modern Tropical Minimalist concept, emphasizing luxurious natural materials and sharp linear elements. The core of the design is to create a harmony between robust architectural structures and warm, organic elements.

• Materiality: The use of natural stone (such as travertine or limestone) on the walls adds texture and a prestigious feel. This is contrasted with timber slats and decking to introduce visual warmth and comfort.

• Light & Shadow Play: Vertical and horizontal timber louvers serve as functional shading devices while creating dynamic, artistic shadow patterns throughout the interior as the sun moves.

• Transparency and Privacy: Large glass openings and glass railings create an airy, spacious feel, while privacy is maintained through strategically placed timber panels and an ornate laser-cut gate.
