• Materials & Lighting : Materials are dominated by oak wood, black framed tempered glass, and red bricks. The lighting scheme utilizes a combination of industrial track lighting and classic chandeliers in communal areas to create elegant focal points.

The core concept of this interior is "Industrial Harmony."
