Jakarana Tama Office

The Industrial Collaborative Loft, the interior design concept aims to create a high-productivity environment that reflects a "modern workshop" spirit. By bringing the exposed red brick from the facade into the interior, the design establishes a seamless connection between the outside and inside. The concept utilizes an open-plan layout with raw, honest materials like polished concrete and black steel, softened by warm timber elements and indoor greenery (biophilic design) to ensure employee well-being and creative energy.

The office interior is designed to be both functional and visually striking, divided into several key zones:

• Lobby & Reception: A double-height ceiling space featuring a massive brick feature wall and a sleek black marble reception desk. A sculptural lighting fixture hangs from the exposed ceiling to create a grand first impression.

• Open Workspace: Instead of rigid cubicles, the office uses long communal wooden tables with ergonomic black seating. Exposed ducting and track lighting on the ceiling emphasize the industrial "loft" aesthetic.

• Meeting Pods & Boardrooms: These rooms are enclosed in black-framed glass partitions (Crittall style) to maintain visual transparency while providing acoustic privacy.

• Breakout Area & Pantry: Designed like a modern café, this area features comfortable leather sofas, a coffee bar with wooden accents, and a "green wall" of hanging plants to provide a refreshing atmosphere for rest.

• Lighting: A mix of natural light from large windows and warm artificial lighting (pendant and spot lights) to highlight the textures of the brick and concrete.
