Deskripsi Proyek
The design concept for AG House centers on creating a unified facade that balances a bold architectural statement with project efficiency. By utilizing a "stacked volume" approach, we create a dynamic silhouette that offers variety through a differentiation of colors and scales of architectural panels. The concept focuses on a sculptural form where large cantilevers act as a highlight to the main entrance, while the strategic use of expansive glass creates a dynamic pattern that shifts with the viewer’s perspective and the changing light of the day.
Konsep Desain
To achieve a cohesive visual identity within the project’s constraints, this residence employs a sophisticated layering technique:
• Unified Facade: We use a combination of rectilinear volumes to cover the large mass of the house, ensuring a clean and integrated look from every angle.
• Variety of Scales & Colors: Contrast is achieved by using charcoal-grey accent walls against crisp white surfaces, creating visual depth and variety without overcomplicating the structure.
• Dynamic Perspectives: Large glass spans—including double-height and corner glazing—act as a "printed glass" element, reflecting the surrounding landscape and creating a shifting visual experience as one moves around the site.
• Sculptural Highlight: The heavy, dark-toned upper volume serves as a triangular/geometric sculptural form that defines the entrance area, providing both functional shade and a grand sense of arrival.
