ST House

ST House is a three-story residence featuring a robust Modern Minimalist architectural approach. The building efficiently utilizes vertical space through a series of dynamically stacked box-shaped volumes. The facade is dominated by a blend of smooth grey concrete textures, dark wall panels, and vertical wooden louvers serving as a secondary skin. The strategic placement of warm white LED lights within the building's crevices creates a "line of light" effect that accentuates its geometric form during twilight.

• The Layered Monolith: This concept focuses on building masses that appear as solid layers arranged to create depth and shadow play.
Privacy & Ventilation: The use of louvers on the second and third floors is not just an aesthetic choice but a solution to maintain occupant privacy in high-density areas while allowing natural air circulation.

• Verticality: Emphasizing vertical lines through towering side walls gives the impression of a grand and spacious home, even when built on a limited land plot.
