HAL House

The design concept of AG House centers on the sophisticated arrangement of stacked rectangular volumes. This approach creates a sculptural form that balances solid masses with transparent planes. The primary goal is to achieve "Modern Tropical Transparency," where expansive glass walls blur the boundary between the luxurious interior and the surrounding greenery. The use of deep cantilevers is not only a stylistic choice but a functional one, providing natural shading while maintaining a sense of architectural lightness and grandeur.

This two-story luxury residence stands as a hallmark of modern minimalist architecture in BSD:

• Massing & Form: The building is defined by its clean, horizontal lines and intersecting blocks. The contrast between the charcoal-grey upper volume and the crisp white lower structures creates visual depth and a dynamic silhouette.

• Materiality: A curated palette of materials is used to provide texture and warmth. This includes smooth white render, dark architectural panels, and warm timber-cladding on the ceilings (eaves), which softens the overall modern look.

• Transparency & Connection: Large floor-to-ceiling glass panes wrap around the corners of the house, allowing for a 270-degree view of the landscape and ensuring the home is flooded with soft, natural light during the day.

• Atmospheric Lighting: At night, the house transforms into a "luminous box." Integrated architectural lighting highlights the textures of the facade and the manicured lawn, creating an inviting and prestigious ambiance.
