Deskripsi Proyek

The design concept for this hotel revolves around creating a "Sanctuary" that blends rugged industrial elements with refined hospitality. The use of exposed red brick serves as a visual anchor, providing a warm, earthy, and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is contrasted with modern metallic grey cladding to represent urban sophistication. The architectural goal is to provide a "home-away-from-home" feel within a bold, monolithic structure, where the play of light through large glass facades creates a seamless transition between the bustling exterior and the tranquil interior.

Konsep Desain

This hotel building stands as a statement of modern hospitality through its distinct material-driven facade:

⦁ The Grand Arrival: (Images 1, 4) The building features a majestic, wide canopy supported by clean, square pillars. This creates a grand drop-off area and a "portal" that welcomes guests into the high-ceilinged lobby.

⦁ Material Integrity: The facade utilizes a sophisticated palette of red brick and grey metallic panels. The brickwork provides texture and a sense of history, while the large-scale panels on the upper floor add a clean, professional finish.

⦁ Transparency & Lighting: Large floor-to-ceiling glass spans on the ground floor offer high visibility into the lobby and public areas, creating an inviting "active facade." At night, strategic architectural lighting emphasizes the textures of the brick and the sleekness of the roofline.

⦁ Structural Rhythm: Rhythmic vertical openings in the brick walls act as "light slits," adding a dynamic visual character and ensuring privacy for the rooms behind while still allowing for controlled natural light.
