Fieris Hotel

The design concept of Fieris Hotel is a dialogue between urban industrialism and tactile warmth. It utilizes the repetition of exposed red brick a material often associated with traditional craftsmanship and recontextualizes it within a sleek, vertical modern structure. The contrast between the "heavy" earthy tones of the brick and the "light" transparency of the glass podium creates a balanced visual weight, making the building an iconic landmark in its urban surroundings.

⦁ Materiality & Texture: The primary character is defined by extensive use of red brick cladding, accented by dark grey aluminum panels and black window frames. This combination gives the building a "loft-style" industrial aesthetic.

⦁ Massing & Form: The building is divided into distinct vertical volumes. One side features a clean brick face with a prominent logo, while the other side showcases a rhythmic pattern of balconies, adding depth and shadow to the façade.

⦁ The Podium: The ground and mezzanine levels are designed with high transparency. Large glass panes allow a glimpse into the lobby, creating an inviting "active frontage." A striking white spiral staircase is visible from the exterior, acting as a sculptural element.

⦁ Top Crown: The top of the building features vertical brick fins that break the skyline, providing a sophisticated finish to the vertical columns.
