The Geometric Synthesis, Unity in Pattern and Flow. The design concept focuses on achieving a unified facade that balances high-end aesthetics with pragmatic execution. To optimize the project budget and schedule, we utilize a modular approach where geometric triangle patterns are strategically applied to the building’s large volumes. This creates a sense of variety through different scales and colors of aluminum panels, breaking the monotony of the mass. The concept extends inward, where the sculptural forms and dynamic glass patterns of the exterior are mirrored in the interior layout, creating a seamless transition from the public facade to the private workspace.

Konsep Desain

• Unified Geometric Skin: To wrap the substantial volume efficiently, we employ a skin of triangular aluminum panels. Variety is achieved not through complex structure, but through the rhythmic change of colors and scales, providing a modern, vibrant identity.

• Dynamic Visuals: In key areas, double-layered printed glass is utilized. This creates a shimmering, dynamic pattern that evolves as the viewer moves, giving the building a "living" quality under the BSD sun.

• Sculptural Gateway: A prominent triangular sculptural form at the side serves as a bold architectural gesture, highlighting the main entrance and guiding visitors toward the inner flow of the building.
